Lef literally means courage and in life, without courage nothing great is possible. There’s a quote that says it beautifully:

“Your life unfolds in proportion to your courage.”

However much we would love to blame others for where we are or aren’t in life, I’ve come to understand that it is our courage or lack thereof that determines greatly the direction of our lives. We need courage to do, to love, to think, to say, to trust, to choose, to live and be who we want to be. It is only with courage that we can journey within, reconnect with our true self and live life to the fullest.
